For DECADES most F1 fans have never seen what happened to Nigel Mansell in the 1992 Canadian GP. All we knew was he blamed Ayrton Senna.
Turns out ESPN showed this fan footage during the 93 race!

Always tough to go straight from hearing sad news to having to talk about it on air, but this was a nice process, getting to share in the memories and feel the impact Eddie Jordan had on F1 fans.

Had a bunch of info come through on the F1/Hot Wheels cars.
Really like that they're doing budget and premium versions. The cheaper ones are just £2.30, which makes them much more accessible (I hope!)
I say this as someone who fell in love with F1 through having a toy car collection!

It was shortly before the German GP. Teams often used to hold big group tests at circuits in the lead up to F1 races. Seems unthinkable now!
I wasn't aware that they did testing at Hockenheim. Was it mid-season? What would be the point of testing at such a straight heavy track?
