Life hack: I discovered my local library provides a free link I can use every week to read WAPO. I stopped officially subscribing last year. I still go to the website because I love Carolyn Hax.

The part I’ll never understand is, unless your ancestors were indigenous, we ALL started as immigrants here. Not seeing that is as anti-American as it gets.

I’ve written to both of my senators, but I live in Washington State and they both agree with me already. I have also written to quite a few Republican Senators, but I am not their constituent, so they don’t care. It sounds like they don’t care about their actual constituents either.
