The first volume of TV21 Thunderbirds comic anthology is on sale with the second to be released at the end of the month

I do have issues with the editorial approach.. but I cannot fault the quality of reproduction here

Also, reduces wear ‘n tear on my originals

Something for your stocking perhaps

Where to begin..

One could do an entire thread on this strip alone

The glowing pineapples 🍍

Why the Daleks don’t have night vision and built in search lights?

Underground chaos with drama queen Daleks

The magnet 😆

Nice continuity with first tv serial/film tho..

The Thunderbirds TV premiere this week?

You’d think they plan this kind of synchronisation 🤷‍♀️

Start the countdown..

All the above has put me right in the mood for some Stingray and an exciting conclusion to Uranium Plant Invasion

An epic face palm from Titan in the final frame..

Might have to use that.

A staple of the 60s and 70s

The annual Corgi and Dinky catalogues, from all good toy shops

Just a simple reproduction of this particular catalogue would set you back the best part of a tenner now ..

The last few weeks have seen TV Century 21 reduce the Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 to stereotypes and commit some flagrant abuse of the Scots dialect..

So it’s only fair that it’s now the turn of the Welsh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Everyone enjoys toys..

I’ve been neglecting ours

“Tomorrow is Yesterday”

Entered production in late November 1966

First aired 26th January 1967

Consistently rated as one of the very best original series Star Trek

So many parallels..

Right let’s stop ✋🏻 right here

If the makers of Star Trek would care to pop a cheque in the post to the estate of the late Alan Fennell?

That’ll be great.
November 16, 2025 at 12:38 PM
Welcome back Mike!

Trailed back in mid October..

The first instalment of Alan Fennell’s “Time Slip”

⚠️ Title may contain spoilers

Frankly, no idea why want to mess around with faster than light speeds

Did the crew learn nothing from the tv episode called, funny enough, “Faster Than Light”?

💥Supermarionation Sunday💥

Tomorrow’s news, today..

The TV Century 21 thread 🧵

Issue 44

On sale 17th November 1965

Covers transcribed in alt text

THIS WEEK:

Mike Noble returns and we
finally get to read the Fireball
story first trailed on the cover of issue 39..

Has it been worth the wait?
November 16, 2025 at 12:18 PM
This depressed fuck out of me.

Sunday’s TV21 may get a bit sparky, as a result.

If respected the Lady P content and had serious future intent to republish - would hold such covers back.
November 15, 2025 at 1:38 AM
Only just cottoned on 🤦‍♀️

RTD riffed this for The Sound of Drums..

So far as “comedy” goes it’s the school of sledgehammer

Final thoughts.. a true story

Ignoring the hilariously convoluted plot I was too young to understand..

.. the physics involved meaning yer man in the elevator car would be strawberry jam all over the roof..

This terrified me.

Refused to use a lift for years.

Made my Dad take the stairs!
