The pattern combined with it being a demonstrator makes this pen so pretty 💜
The grip isn't textured, so the only place I can feel the pattern is where the pen rests between my thumb and pointer finger while using it. It's not scratchy/irritating 😎👍🏻

It's a variable nib grind! One of my faves ☺️

I hope you're able to find one locally at a pen show or pen meet up so that you can tell for sure if the shape is for you!
Day two was just as awesome and I ended up coming home with another Mayfair 🫣 (their new model, the Royal Eowyn... it feels like I am writing with a wand haha)
