It's a variable nib grind! One of my faves ☺️

Writing with your fountain pen at a high angle creates a fine line and the lower you angle the pen the thicker the line gets

✨️Bonecrusher Studios "Velma" Fountain Pen

I wasn't after a Bonecrusher Studios pen until I saw them in person at the DC Pen Show - they have some really fun colorways and this model is very comfortable to hold and use.

I got it in a double broad, which I then had Matthew Chen grind to a kodachi ✨️

Im not sure I'd spend as much as Esterbrook is asking for their version, though.
