How likely are we to do that without a stadium to anchor the development there? It's a fair concern but I don't think we get anything built there in the near future without the stadium. City is barely paying $1billion while the team foots the rest, Commandeer excitement will drive development there.

The deal has $89M for a recreation center, $202M for utilities & transit upgrades, and 30% of housing built in the surrounding area is earmarked to be affordable.

If we want better fashion culture in the US, we have to lower the cost of housing and commercial real estate, support independent craftspeople, build denser neighborhoods, improve walkability, and get rid of overly restrictive zoning laws. Let kook culture thrive.
