I definitely see the argument for that perspective, and occasionally hold it myself. It may be one of those cases where the one I prefer and the one I understand to be best are not in alignment. These days I lean towards XO

XO in the top 2 shouldn't be controversial to anybody with any sense. People are somehow still sleeping on Figure 8 though, it's true.

It's weird that I only have like 500 internet friends, and I'm sure a significant number of them are renters, but it feels like 700 of them have bought homes.
