Journaling helps me to process my life. Helps me understand certain emotions coming above the surface on certain events. Why I am being triggered? I dig deep or I do sense make them. What is your experience with journaling? Is it an analog or digital experience for you?

Last year I start daily journaling. I was not sure when I start. Isn’t it something we used to when we were kids? Now I think about the traumas, events, feelings, thought spirals I have not captured. Writing on a paper, putting abstract thoughts into words. What a powerful tool for mental health.
