What is a mechanic that you desperately want to use in a game but haven’t found a place for yet?

I’m not looking for any words of affirmation. I know I’m doing what needs to be done. But I’m feeling particularly beaten down by the isolation of it right now. it seems like we do this to mothers a lot as a society. They carry so many things, including the blame for everything they can’t balance.
