@arieltroster.com I hope you’re speaking up against the proposal to allow alcohol in parks? For kids, esp in the dt core, parks must be kept safe and family-friendly. If adults want alcohol, there are many alternatives for that. This proposal lacks a realistic perspective of the inevitable outcome.

@arieltroster.com why do city councillors continue to make decisions that make it more difficult to run a successful business downtown? Higher patio fees and increased parking fees with fewer spots? These decisions show a complete lack of understanding of public frustration and must be reconsidered.

Just heard Ottawa has cancelled the sprung structures in Nepean & Kanata. The citizens outside of the downtown core have gotten their wish. YMCA and Queen St now to be the solutions. Once again, no other communities doing their part. Outrageous @arieltroster.bsky.social @marksutcliffe.bsky.social
