“Paralysis through chaos”

A Joseph Stalin card trick where he intentionally created a chaotic environment within his government and society. This strategy kept people uncertain and dependent on his authority, limiting opposition and consolidating his control.
The nominations reinforce how completely the Trump WH will consolidate policy-making, and the way they have been announced (with key sr staff and transition leadership in the dark) reinforces how completely forked that process will be. Dangerous dingdongs, but still dingdongs

Absolutely loved your show tonight. That special segment where you slipped back into your former role? Goosebumps. We’ve all missed you—your clarity, calm, and straight talk are so needed right now. Welcome back, even if just for a moment.

Cat litter isn’t on the teacher’s Amazon supply list—because schools aren’t putting litter boxes in classrooms.

Texas is picking a fight with fiction while teachers are fighting for pencils.
Greg Abbott is pushing the “FURRIES Act” claiming schools are giving litter boxes to students who act like cats.

But when I asked the bill author, he couldn’t name one school providing litter boxes to kids.

This is all part of Abbott’s smear campaign against our public schools.

Trump promised we’d all be rich in March.

It’s April now — his tariffs are canceling Christmas and jacking up prices on half the internet.

Congrats to the 1%—the rest of us are just trying to afford wrapping paper.

Trump promised cuts.
Spent $200 billion more.
But sure, tell me again how he’s the fiscally responsible one.

Math doesn’t lie.

Tariffs are basically taxes we pay at the register. I’m honestly surprised this administration pulled off such a huge tax hike without congressional approval.

At this pace, someone better launch a bartering app—we might be trading socks for groceries by summer.
Trump circumvented Congress on tariffs by declaring a Fentanyl emergency. A handful of Republicans in Congress can stop the tariffs by joining with Democrats. Call your electeds and tell them.

Just so we’re clear:
The Trump administration placed a 10% tariff on uninhabited—Heard and McDonald Islands—which have zero exports to the U.S. and are home to seals, penguins, and a bunch of cold rocks.

Tough on penguins—not Putin.

Thank you, Cory! 💙
I may be tired and a little hoarse, but as I said again and again on the Senate floor, this is a moment where we cannot afford to be silent, when we must speak up.

This novel was written in 1998 but set in 2032:

-A Christian nationalist wins on an “America First” platform.

-Gangs enslave nonbelievers and seize their kids for re-education.

-America’s at war with Canada, Alaska secedes.

-Corporations run dystopian “company towns”.

Government abductions are unconstitutional.

Denying anyone the right to due process in America is unconstitutional.

If you’ve rationalized your silence or support for any of it because it’s happening to those you disagree with, give it a minute…

They’ll get to you soon enough.

That was their plan.

For Americans, Trump’s foreign policy shift means paying more for goods, watching allies ghost us, and seeing China and Russia slide into the driver’s seat.

Travel headaches? Check. Higher defense bills? Probably. But hey, who needs global respect when you’re “winning”, right?

Wait… so the Trump admin, with Elon’s help, just yoinked $80 million in FEMA funds straight from NYC’s accounts? I wonder how they hacked the system?

Pretty sure that’s called theft when regular people do it.

Is this even legal or just another episode of ‘Laws Don’t Apply to Us’?

If we’re bringing things back, let’s make sure we fully embrace history in all its awkward, white male glory:

• Leech therapy—because nothing screams alpha male like draining your own blood to cure a cough.
• Dueling with pistols at dawn—settle those Twitter beefs the old-fashioned way, Chad.

At this rate, we’ll be bartering for healthcare and smuggling eggs across state lines.
Hey “price of eggs” Trump voters, your rotting gourd god said that prices are going to go up for a “little while” thanks to his tariffs, and that it will cause some “pain”, but that it’s ok, because you “understand.”

Do you understand that you voted for higher prices and pain?

The goal is not to rub in the mistakes of the past, but to learn from them and build a better future together.

Progress isn’t about ‘I told you so’—it’s about ‘Where do we go from here?
I think it already is.

But seriously. Don’t call them names. We want the door open for them when they realize the mistake they made.

We are for a better America. Not a vindictive America
