The tiniest praying mantis has taken up residence on Oscar, my Meyer Lemon tree. He's been here for a few days. When I take photos with my phone, his swaying follows the phone's swaying. I have named him Hank. He is precious.

This chair is Sam's safe place, his favorite spot in the house. Originally we had a linen cover but he gets sweaty paws when anxious and it got covered with paw prints, so now it has a posh leather cover.

After 10wks of dormancy in a paper bag in my fridge and then 8wks of sitting in the pot with no changes I was worried I'd accidentally killed my amaryllis bulb, but she sprouted this little leaf today!
