Any music production Discords out there that don't require loads of critiquing others' works before having your own work analyzed?

As a nobody bedroom producer with a disability and hearing issues, I'm still (re)training my ears and have no place telling people what sounds off in their mix...

Like, I'm pretty sure my friends are just saying my remixes are good, just to assuage the ego. But I'm looking for "This is the eff-up. This is how you fix it."
