Grandad, Notts fan, leftie. I do try to be nice on social media but don’t always succeed.
Looks like the GKs he had in training with us this week fell short of the standards set by Kelle Roos. It’s a high bar mind you.

Fun fact:
A young Dan Burn made a sub appearance for Darlington against Notts in our 5-0 win to secure the L2 title in April 2010.

‘Hubris’
Isn’t that a word originating in Greek mythology?

Deafening silence from 30p Lee Anderson MP 2 years ago. Multiple offences against young girls in his constituency. Can’t think why he had nothing to say at the time*.

* Actually we all know exactly why he had nothing to say at the time.

Cringe.
‘Irate owner assaults ref after controversial VAR decision - go back to the Championship’
‘Gary Neville uses hurty words on Sky TV. Lose a turn whilst you change into fresh pants’.

Guessing I’m in a tiny minority of fans who’s wishing MP all the best and willing to give him the chance to prove the doubters wrong. If he gets off to a bad start things will turn ugly very quickly. Yes, I’m finding it underwhelming too but ‘fans’ of the ‘sending my ST back’ ilk can do one.

Ref on Saturday is Lewis Smith, the guy who deemed this assault on Langstaff not even a foul. Wimbledon defenders must be licking their lips in anticipation.

Super Bowl LIX 9 hour snoozfest features a half time show headlined by someone called Kendrick Lamar, but it’ll have to go some to rival the magnificent spectacle put on by a certain recent owner who thought it was a great idea for fans to take penalties against his hapless son. #notts

Nottingham City Transport reporting theft of one of their buses. Last seen parked at the City Ground between 8.00-9.45 last night. To be fair to our West Bridgford chums, they have a way of playing and they execute it very well.

This is the section that really incenses me. Boxing Day game for Crowley was all about showcasing his talents for his latest move. I’m not one for booing returning players but he’ll deserve everything he gets on April 1st.

Visited the Nottingham Tourist Information Centre this morning to discover 90% of the floor space is now given over to merchandise pertaining to our West Bridgford chums. Look, they’re PL and we’re L2, I get that but maybe just a small area selling Notts stuff in the city centre might be good eh?

And also a bottled beer brewed around these parts. Shipstone’s ales are well known as a sure fire cure for constipation.
