Ask your mechanic. They can probably tell you if the light warnings are annoying, maintenance kinds of problems or "buy another car now" problems.
I went through this issue this year after blowing past the warnings, spending $$ on the old car, only to have to buy another. Good luck!

I had a similar intense surgery, that can be considered gender-affirming. I had breast cancer that required a mastectomy. At the same time, the surgeons took some abdominal fat and crafted a new breast from it. An odd scrap taken from one section to patch up and make the fabric whole again.
