Amusing myself with the Talkmobile help bot as it only has one response to anything.

God Tier biscuits.

This is very irritating. Even at 50% off, I hope they don't sell any. Stupid design and it must have been through a process and been approved by people. How?

When you're rushed lunch tastes weird, so you look more closely to figure out why.

Might have gone to the open day at The Hawthorns if I'd had more notice than 7am on the day. It's too far away to just pop over.

Anyone know what might have made a home in my garden?

Yesterday's scent: Parfums de Marly - Carlisle
Too masculine for me but would be nice layered with something. I get tonka bean and, I guess, opononax.

Today's scent: Thomas Kosmala - A Never Ending Love
I don't get rose from this. Patchouli is the main smell. It's ok, but I'm not sure I'd wear it again.

Today's scent: Kayali - Vanilla 28
I mostly get tonka bean from this, with vanilla behind it. No Jasmine or musk, despite the fragrance notes. Needs layering with something, and it's too expensive for that to be ok.

Yesterday's scent: Le Labo - Santal 33
I can't tell why this is so popular. It's ok. It's not distinctive enough for me. I can't pick out any of the fragrance notes and it feels like there's something missing. Got wood? Yeah, but nothing else.

Today's scent: James Heeley - Sel Marin
Doesn't match reviews I've seen. I'm getting marine/green notes. No citrus. Poor longevity, so I can't sniff now to help my thoughts. I liked it but need to try it again to decode it.

Yesterday's scent: James Heeley - Blanc Poudre
A bit meh.

Today's scent: James Heeley - Bubblegum Chic
The tester bottle actually says 'ubblegum chic', which could explain why it smells nothing like what I expected. A misleading name as it's very musky and jasmine-y. But not in a way that suits my mood today. Need to try it again in different weather.

Gorgeous! I have something similar. (David Austin, can't remember the rose name though. Not the new king one!)

Today's scent: James Heeley - L'Amandiere
Smells like old fashioned talcum powder. In a nice, floral way. I'm enjoying it, but I'm aware there are much cheaper ways to smell like this.

Looking into mild fake tans yesterday as I've been wearing shorts in the gym & my legs are blinding me. I'm hoping these pics are labelled wrong, otherwise, if I use this mine would be hard to spot against a white piece of paper.

Renewing a DBS check and you'd think saying 'no' would be enough, but it won't accept that, I *must* give a previous name and a date I stopped using it. So I need to change my surname today as I had to say I'd used my current one until today. Any suggestions?

I keep getting fed this ad & every time, I misread it as Danny Devito & wonder how the picture is relevant. Eternal disappointment.

Found this amusing when I was looking up how to do something that's not simple in InDesign.

I loved this seasoning (& don't remember it being exclusive to Tesco) but it no longer exists. Anyone use something similar they can recommend?

This has been low-battery beeping in my garage for at least 2 years. It won't die.

Don't sit in in row AA of the Grand Circle at the Noel Coward theatre! This view is from when I leant forward as much as I could. Sitting comfortably meant not seeing any of the stage at all. The 'restricted view' guidance said 'you might need to lean forward'. You think?!

My 12yo son's spelling pains me, it's so bad (and I'm great at spelling). Today I noticed this one. He's been reading the Phoenix comic every week for years and the word features a lot at school. Just… how?!
