Over 3 months ago at the Covid Inquiry @cvcev.bsky.social lawyer asked Head of NHS England Amanda Pritchard what work has been done to get more HEPA filters into the NHS estate. We are not aware of any reply being received. This is despite Prof Beggs telling the Inquiry -HEPAs are low hanging fruit

This person is doing their best to protect and to save the NHS thousands of pounds by taking personal responsibility for their health and avoiding having to be admitted to A and E. But they get no thanks- just abuse and ridicule from a senior consultant

In a survey 98% of clinically vulnerable people said that healthcare is unsafe. The air is often unclean and unventilated providing ideal conditions for the spread of Covid-19, no one except the clinically vulnerable and their families wears a mask and we are often ridiculed for doing so.

Having watched the final statements to the Covid inquiry this p.m. including from UKHSA , it’s clear that a huge continuing push is going to be needed to ensure recommendations from the inquiry are implemented. BH said this at the end of NIreland Bereaved Families evidence
