I don’t know what tog my duvet is but I have a thicker one if I need it. I also have an anxiety blanket over the top of it and an electric under blanket under the sheets.

I don’t like going to the doctor and will try and cure it myself first - like you really. I HATE hospitals and tests though, so I’ll probably die of something awful.
