So when you've accomplished something (or failed) don't let your ego run the show,

Instead:
Acknowledge you've been persistent and put in the effort, it'll lead to you learning more, and see challenges as growth moments.

Which VSaaS companies have you been eyeing? I'm looking for marketing agentic solutions to partner with and/or help them grow.

Where will it leave our marketing workforce? I believe creativity and real brand connections with brands will win again, beating mass marketing

Just so showcase the impact:

Vertical AI > SaaS
AI is reshaping costs by replacing software & labor.
Most companies spend far more on employees than software—AI is changing that.
Vertical AI agents will soon be replacing entire teams and functions.
AI is changing SO rapidly.

Then I realized, after a walk in the forest 🌿 - nothing will ever stay the same, and in a vacuum of not knowing, you can actually make a change, be creative and let it work for you.

2025 looks bright for crypto: better regulation, higher adoption rates, more trust, intuitive experiences, and better distribution.
Oh, and one more thing: this is exactly why I love my work — creating REAL simplicity out of complex tech. It’s the key to unlocking this next chapter. ✨

3️⃣ UX Will Drive Infrastructure Choices
For years, infrastructure dictated the user experience in crypto. But that’s changing. Teams are starting with the user journey &working backward. With better tools startups can finally focus on product-market fit instead of obsessing over backend decisions.

2️⃣ The Rise of Crypto App Stores
New crypto-native app stores (like Worldcoin’s mini-app marketplace and Solana’s dApp Store) are bypassing traditional gatekeepers like Apple and Google. These platforms are rethinking discovery, onboarding, and user acquisition for decentralized apps.

1️⃣ ‘Hiding the Wires’ to Scale Adoption
Mass adoption requires simplicity. Over-designed interfaces and blockchain jargon have held the industry back. The apps that win will “hide the wires” — focusing on intuitive UX where users don’t need to understand the tech to benefit from it.

Even as someone who’s stepped back from the chaos of trading, juggling wallets, chains, and failed NFT drops, I remain convinced: the underlying tech is tranformational.

a16z shared a list of things they’re most excited about for web3 in 2025 Here are the 3 ideas from their list that excite me most

As AI transitions from NPCs (non-playable characters) to main characters, it will help bridge the gap between complex blockchain systems and mainstream adoption. 🌉

From governments exploring onchain bonds to enterprises adopting stablecoins for payments, and the obvious shifts in the US, but also the MiCA regulation in Europe.

One of the most exciting shifts I see?

The rise of AI as an agent in web3.

This is why I LOVE running brand workshops. Seeing teams light up when their narrative clicks? It’s magic. ✨

If you want to turn confusion into clarity and drive real growth, let’s talk. 🤝

Finally,

Founder-led brands perform better. 💡

If you don’t champion your brand, no one else will.

So sit down with your team, nail your story, and align your vision. Clarity fuels momentum—and momentum drives growth.

A clear brand narrative isn’t just a “nice-to-have.” It powers everything:

🎯 Sales: No more “spray and pray.” Target the right audience with the right pitch.
📈 Product: Optimize for the audience that unlocks non-linear growth.
📢 Marketing: Build traction without chaos.
December 11, 2024 at 9:54 AM

Even as a brand strategist, I got it wrong. A humbling reminder: always know your audience. It was still a fantastic evening! Shoutout to Robin Dohmen for capturing this moment of myself and one of my co-founders Lynn Yara Coenen.

Luckily, the packed program gave me an out, and I stepped back. It reminded me of something an acquaintance of mine, Carl Dortmans once said:

“Being abroad for a long time can become a disadvantage—you adapt to a different culture.”

December 10, 2024 at 10:54 AM
But here’s where I slipped up: cultural differences.
I prepped a pitch for our venture studio, UnknownVentures.io It was polished—for an American or Dubai audience. But not for the Dutch.

The Dutch are practical, humble, and value doing the work over shiny promises. My pitch wouldn’t have landed.

yup. still hoping blockchain x AI can make a difference - but it'll be a long shot
December 10, 2024 at 7:34 AM
yes its a beautiful counter movement in this time showcasing we all need REAL irl connections too. also predicted by foresight factory and 2025 trends - can share report if you'd like!
December 10, 2024 at 7:33 AM
So here’s the takeaway: your big launch doesn’t have to be a one-time, all-or-nothing moment. Start small. Post a win. Celebrate a customer. Share what excites you. Every piece adds to the bigger story you're telling — and that’s what really matters.
