That is my go-to tea. I may flirt with others from time to time, but that’s the one I regularly consume. So yummy.

I had shingles in my 40s. It’s miserable.
I’m immune compromised, so now I could get it at 45. But they changed that rule immediately before I qualified anyway.
I reacted differently to each COVID vaccine. The two shingles vaccines (Shingrix) were very mild in comparison. Sore arm and fatigue.
