For me, Christmas is a welcome time for reflection. Work stops (except for a pesky project that I haven’t been able to get rid of). I have time to think about what is important and to imagine a future for myself for the next few months in which I live more deliberately.

What UK institutions are in need of renaming? How about Buckingham Trump Palace? The British Trump Museum? And maybe some children's favourites like Peppa Pig Trump or the Telly-Tubby-Trumps?

Today I was teaching a course on Power BI, a data visualisation app. I recommended a book to the class and said that, 'This is the classic book you need to have on your coffee table when you have those Power BI parties'. Rather a lame joke, but it seemed to trigger a woman in the class.
