Does anyone still subscribe to the fallacy that completely free markets will correct themselves? Still waiting for that evidence of correction while less fortunate people are hungry and go without health care. In 2025, we can do better. Tax the rich. Care for the poor.

And it looks like the NWS did issue plenty of warnings. They should not be blamed and instead we should provide the levels of funding prior to cuts to ensure that we can make better calls for evacuation and sheltering. Fund NWS!
