I rewatched the entire series after watching S3, and am now listening to the audiobooks read by Rosamund Pike - because it diverged so much I wanted to reacquaint myself with book canon, but retain the sense of her as Moiraine.

I spoke with one trans man who was flagged for trying to update his driver’s license.
He said he would have never reached out to the state for help if he knew his information would be reported.

Texas collected information on transgender drivers. It won’t say why
Internal agency records show employees with the Department of Public Safety, which issues driver’s licenses, reported each time someone requested to update the sex listed on their state ID.
