While Trump appoints 13 billionaires to his cabinet and Musk, Bezos and Zuckerberg see their wealth increase by $217 billion since the election, 60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, 25% of seniors live on $15g or less and millions cannot afford rent.

SAY NO TO OLIGARCHY.

While 60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, Musk, Bezos and Zuckerberg, combined, own more wealth than the bottom half of America.

Apparently, that’s not enough. Republicans want to give them a massive tax break by slashing Medicaid.

Together, we will stop them.

This is what we mean when we talk about corporate greed: Starbucks gave its CEO $96 million for just 4 months of work. Meanwhile, Starbucks is refusing to offer a raise of more than 50 cents an hour to 12,000 union workers.

That's unacceptable. Starbucks must end their greed.

The mainstream media may not discuss it, but here's the fact:

Three people —Musk, Bezos & Zuckerberg — now own more wealth than the bottom half of American society.

A handful of corporations control what is produced & the prices we pay.

Capitalism is broken.

Our country is rapidly evolving into two Americas.

One consists of millions of working class families struggling to get by. The other: less than a thousand billionaires who have never had it so good.

That is not democracy. That is oligarchy. www.sanders.senate.gov/op-eds/two-a...

This is Oligarchy.

Since Election Day, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos & Mark Zuckerberg have become $232 billion richer & are now worth $920 billion combined. Meanwhile, 60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.

We must fight for an economy that works for all, not just the few.

When it comes to improving life for the working class in this country, what do I hear? “No, no, no, we can’t afford it.”

But when it comes to the military-industrial complex? “Yes, yes, yes” – with almost no debate.

Congress needs to get its priorities straight.

You want to talk about government efficiency?

We waste hundreds of billions a year on health care administrative expenses that make insurance CEOs and wealthy stockholders incredibly rich.
