When approaching Lucifer I wanted to lean into the Fallen Angel side of him. He wasn't a bad guy, he was a dreamer who fell in love and defied an unjust system. He isn't a tyrannical evil ruler, he's a cosmic being trapped in what is considered his greatest mistake. He was beautiful and prideful!

For context, Toon had expressed that the boycott against Netflix made him feel uncomfortable because how much of a strong hold they have over the industry.
