I’d never thought about that, but that WOULD be kinda fun, building some rough sets in Minecraft to help me visualize scenes for a book.

I’m pretty attractive (imo) and draw goblins all the time (poorly) but I’ve never drawn a terrified goblin. I’ll need to experiment to see if that takes me from a 12/10 on the handsome scale to a 11/10 or even (heaven forbid) as low as a 10/10!

Have them all describe in detail their best idea for a book. A person is at their most beautiful when they talk about something they’re passionate about, and low key most people I know that are literate have some book idea or another rolling around their brain space and if not improv is always fun.

I think you just solved the internet. Always felt there was SOME sort of divide between the theory crafters I’d come across on both sites, and you stated it so cleanly. Tbh I think both approaches have merit but a meeting in the middle is the best. Understand the facts, but allow yourself to dream.
