The white-throated sparrows have my favorite song. We mostly have those here in Louisiana during winter. The white crowneds never come into the city proper. Dunno why!

Ehhh maybe. But more like one of these paralyzing sleeps where you see so tired you can’t move. The weather is still oppressive.

I’m back in Louisiana and went to bed at 7pm and slept for 12 hours.

I honestly don’t know but there’s conflicting information on X/reddit. Just look forward to your reporting since it’s hard to get the facts on what exactly is going on.

This is sort of a cross post from Reddit, but SF is lowering the payment standards for section 8 vouchers because of declining rents. I’m vague on if ed1 is using max vouchers #s to pencil but if LA follows suit, wouldn’t that be problematic? Worth looking into anyway.
