I didn’t know there was a hardback. I bought mine at Highgate in the 80s, I think. I’d like to see the hardback.

My Japanese friends seem as surprised as I was, so maybe not so common. This one was tucked away in a darkened corner which seemed more like a dumping spot for broken machines. Only this one was working.
