well, my insurance didn't approve wakix (narolepsy medication) because i need "medical documentation that the medication has helped" me. TELL ME HOW THIS MAKES SENSE.

i'm trying out qobuz because apparently it's one of the music streaming services that pays artists most, and tidal and napster didn't work for me because they were missing some artists/bands. really hoping it works.

Just a note that menstrual products are the most requested / least donated items in food pantries so if you have the means to pick up supplies perhaps consider it

great. i was going to wake up at 6am or so to avoid nightmares (my nightmares usually happen later in the morning), but it's about 4am, and i've already been up for at least an hour. 😑
