These self valued portfolios are fascinating. It’s like the guy who owned a bunch of holiday caravan home park and the papers said he was a billionaire pointing to his Ferrari and young glamour girlfriend but same dude was bankrupt within a year.
If renters Bill doesn’t hit this guy the budget will!
