This should be exceedingly obvious, but when Stonewall stays up while references to trans people come down, they will measure the silence of cisgender people as concurrence for whatever they plan next, and it still won't protect you in the end. So please get loud. Our mutual survival depends on it.

Healthcare professionals should not use the term "clean" when discussing people's sexual & or drug use status.Twice in the last month have heard nurses use this term and both times I wanted to smack the word out of their mouths. Instead they had a "Learning with Gary" moment.

Tried listening to rain sounds last night to help with the insomnia. Had to turn if off after 15 minutes because all I could think about was how it sounded like sizzling bacon.
