NWS now says a tsunami has formed and is forecasting tsunami heights for West Coast: most locations ~1ft or less, though Crescent City, CA, could see 5.7ft tsunami wave:

Whenever I visit friends who live in LA I don’t choose flights that are convenient for my schedule. I choose flights based on me arriving when traffic conditions are the least shitty.
