This would be admirable, if it were true. But there's no evidence on record, no real reporting that she ever said these words to him. If it's true, show me the video or the article. Folks just make sh*t up for likes and reposts these days. 😫

The newest rescue in the fam. The vet says she's a Vizsla, but we think she's mixed with something. Previous owner left her tied to a tree in a park. I don't know the circumstance, so I won't judge, but at least doggo has a new home now with her big brother and cousins, also rescues. 😁

Rach, who's probably never read an unpirated book in her life, thinks authors should have backup plans. Most authors make their living from other professions and and work hard so that one day they might *actually* live off writing income. Rach's smug, book-pirating ass earned a block. 😏

Spent last week at the @writerunboxed.bsky.social conference. It was fantastic and a great reminder of the importance of in-person community. Met so many new writers. First trip to Santa Fe and it was beautiful. 10/10 will do again. Photos of the conference hotel, the Inn and Spa at Loretto.

NGL, I feel like dude on the bottom today. I'm exhausted, across all aspects of my life. If you're paying attention, if you have any empathy for anyone, it is exhausting living in this timeline, not to mention trying to thrive in it. Some days I don't know what more to do. 😭

This makes no sense to me and I'm seeing it more and more: AI/chatbots ruining UI by disrupting primary reasons for visiting/using a site. This from today, and yesterday, while trying to update my site, I couldn't adjust something because the AI tool was covering the section I needed. 😩

As someone who spent a significant portion of her formative years in white church spaces, I can say that Black people in predominantly white church spaces are some of the most brainwashed people out there. They are convinced that God is white & therefore their proximity to whiteness=salvation...
