The plastic being removed to prevent scalping is a good way to prevent resale. One of my lgs also sells at MSRP. They simply don't upcharge which I appreciate greatly. The scalper issue is just ignore tho. They don't get enough product to worry about it I guess. Only 5-10 boxes
