Personally I think you will really want that OP-02 Nami card tho

I'm Excited for this support! An activate main k.o for dressrosa is awesome. It's not as good as EB01 3c Brook but it's viable vs black beard. It also fits into the 4c Rebecca combos perfectly

These cards fit perfectly into the cost curves. I bet OP11 will have more blue support

Combos we can already see is that this Luffy will be the best user of 8cost Dragon. Giving 2 rested on play to leader then giving 2 more rested to a character is insane value for an agro deck

I hope we get some better strawhat support other than ST01 Nami

So this is the newest take on ST01 Luffy. Previously we got OP07 Dragon who filled a very similar role but with 2 attached don instead of 1 rested. Now we have ST21 Luffy giving 2 rested don while having 1 attached.

Personally I think this is the best mix
