Your scale can't tell the difference between muscle and fat. But your mirror can.

Use calipers + "The Eyeball Test" (literally just look at yourself).

Weight will drop naturally when you focus on the right metrics.

Plan ahead - for when it’s time to feed. You don’t want to binge on donuts and cake and cocaine until you’re so high on sugar, and the cocaine of course, that you find yourself running through the streets naked…
