I don't think we say it enough, but I'm fighting for my rights as a trans person IN THIS COUNTRY because despite its flaws, I love it.
I would fight for it if the time came and I'm currently applying to the RAF Reserves to do just that. I just want to do that as myself.

The reported EHRC guidance flies in the face of international law and will cause a level of hate towards trans people not seen in decades.
It isn't too late for this party to regain the trust of the LGBT community. If reports are true Bridget Phillipson has no moral excuse to approve it.

The fact that the belief that trans people don't exist is protected by the Equality Act and not condemned by it is a betrayal of its purpose and years of medical proof.
It's led to the normalisation of transphobia as a "different viewpoint" and must stop.
