I've not read the book, but I thought The Salt Path was a good film, mostly because of the excellent leads. BUT, in one scene, the couple see a host of remarkably tame rabbits - of the wrong variety to be wild in the UK. Surely they could have devised a way to show the correct rabbits?

I learnt a new word yesterday - Embrocation: A liquid used for bathing or moistening any diseased part; now usually restricted to those applied by rubbing; a liniment (OED) - thanks to my grandson's fascination with old bottles and a photo of a horse embrocation bottle in his bottle collecting book
