I’m tired and drained but I keep going in despite not getting paid because it’s who I am. I work for the people of this great nation and will continue to because it’s the right thing to do. They can try to break our spirits but we’re stronger than them (and smarter, definitely smarter 😛).
Our nation's federal employees are more than just numbers on a spreadsheet.
They make sure we have clean water.
They protect us from financial fraud.
They provide healthcare to our communities.
They make our government actually work for people.

The absurdity of this is hilarious but real news reports like this should have gone out about the shooting targeting CDC employees. 500 bullets, 180 hitting buildings, one LEO sacrificing his life. RIP Officer Rose. 😢
