Our Military are sworn to DEFEND and PROTECT the Constitution.
Note that Probable Cause, Due Process, and Freedom from Cruel and Unusual Punishment are some parts of the Constitution needing some serious defending right now.

I look at it this way. If I defied illegal orders from my boss, in civilian life, I also would be putting my livelihood, security and family on the line. But I wouldn't hesitate for a second.

So let’s get this straight, Trump is calling for the arrest of lawmakers for citing the Uniform Code of Military Justice and thinks service members SHOULD follow illegal orders??? I have to say, I did nazi that coming- that’s a stretch even for Trump.

Admirals, Generals, top brass need to step forward and refuse illegal orders. It’s ridiculous to put the burden on those at the bottom of the chain of command. The highest ranks should put their oaths to country and duty to those they lead ahead of illegal orders from a felon and a drunk.
