As we have all seen, another red line drawn by the Kremlin has been crossed. Russian territory has been bombed with Western weapons - ATACMS - and nothing - absolutely nothing - has happened. Just like before, Russia's threats relied entirely on intimidation. In reality, Russia fears strength.
