I've tried a few of them. Oddly the rest never rated as highly as the first for me. Not sure if it's just Estelle as a character or what, but the first one just has a jenesaisquoi. It's the long, frequent, unskippable, FREQUENT, and LONG cutscenes that make the series most challenging for me.

When it comes to puzzles, I eat up this kinda sokoban type shit. Will check out.

I think Mike was playing this a few months ago. It's an extremely faithful remake, but introducing the idea of allowing the player to switch between action combat and tactical as you please is a pretty wild idea that I'd like to see more of.

Working in a bookstore in the winter was one of the worst things my hands ever experienced. Just touching dry, dry, dry paper, hundreds and thousands of times, all day, all winter long. Even with lotion, the hands teeter on the edge of disintegrating into dust.

In my area of the US it was 68 F and pouring rain yesterday and now it's 10 F and frozen today.
