"Bella ciao" is an Italian song dedicated to the partisans of the Italian resistance, which fought against the occupying troops of Germany and the collaborationist Fascist forces.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's intentional. They're calling it "flooding the zone." The intent is to overwhelm and exhaust us so we can not effectively resist. Something simple you can do right now now is to make sure to take breaks and rest.

Go buy banned books, go to a library-check them out. Go to second hand book stores. Buy all of them you can find. Read them, share them. Donate new copies of them to school libraries (that way funds aren’t used on them)
