#urbanism for the third time in six years a driver totaled one of our cars. This is bad road design. If the speed limit in Saint Paul is 25 mph, then why are streets built so drivers feel like 40+ mph is not speeding? Narrow the roads!

Anyone missing a sock? Did you drop it a long the west bound I-94 exit to Mounds Boulevard? Or were you walking along and just got mad at the damn thing and said, “I hate you sock!” If so I found your sock.
