A burden Democrats have: When a Dem promises something & doesn’t do it, because Republicans control at least one chamber of Congress, the Dem gets blamed for failing to keep their promise. When the same thing happens to FELON47 people forgive him & say "he tried." Dems don't get credit for trying.
