Not that the university programs picked where drs go, but that if you grew up rural/small town & College of Phys/Surg admitted them, maybe better chance of graduating docs returning rural.
Many who grew up in BigCity had no desire to go to teach in rural/small town SK.

Is College picking future docs to train fr outside larger cities? Shld be looking at students fr small town/smaller SK cities/rural areas who are content w lives that aren't BigCity.
