The first is using a kitchen worktop. Do it in bare feet on a yoga mat. I use crocks as it protects from the hard floor.
Try to hold for 40s to 1 min. At the same time *gently* push toes into ground and pull your feet onwards to make them narrower.

I think it's working. Feet getting stronger and the pf seems to be fading. The hold gets a good stress on all of the foot and Achilles

Yup take 10g a day. Crucially it has to be taken with vitc. So I use half a glass of undiluted ribena.
