Esta é uma péssima comparação. Salário depende da ocupação, e a composição de ocupações é diferente no setor público e no setor privado. Não há no setor público a concentração de profissionais de serviços pessoais, operadores de caixa, telemarketing e frentistas, malpagos, maioria no setor privado.
