Yeah, it's still under warranty, which is good from a cost perspective, but annoying as hell from an "I have to wait for an authorized service provider to come take a look" perspective.

I think my kid listened to that song 20 times on repeat after she finished the movie. In the living room. While I was in the kitchen doing something (open floor plan) and couldn't escape.

Not a good marketing strategy for your brand of Christianity when you can't even handle having a thin layer of metal sandwiched between two layers of plastic in your house, IMO.
