The sanctions should already be maximised. Why is there still even room for more!!

Immigration is fine if services, doctors, schools, housing and transport all increase in line. When you already have a backlog of these things then is it any surprise that Reform get so many votes? Stop stating the obvious and start asking how we deal with a new cities worth of people every year.

Not sure this echo chamber will help. As the st george flag nonsense showed, the right wing are effectively controlling MSM and social media to the masses.

The underfunding of social services is harming the NHS. Why doesn't the government get this?
October 31, 2025 at 7:15 PM
Wtf! They never believed it! It's all just been a sop to what they thought was the majority when in reality that was never the case once people actually woke up to the damage it caused.

💯. It is literally bonkers that @uklabour.bsky.social would want to repeat this ultra expensive form of public finance, when so many better alternatives are out there.

100s of thousands of work visas issued every year. This doesn't add up.

I suspect too little, too late to save Tesla now. Elon back flip to try and save the day impressive to behold.

it is up until the point that a Trump or a Farage is elected. Then, for all the wrong reasons, it ruins your country. The trick is to have levels that don't dominate the headlines
May 13, 2025 at 5:48 AM
Labour are right to lance this issue. If you have immigration levels of nearly a million every year you will end up with Farage in power. It's that simple.
May 13, 2025 at 5:45 AM
you mean target newspaper? The hypocrisy of the Mail is mind blowing in order to attack Labour. I remember the Tories laughable immigration targets that they never got anywhere near
May 13, 2025 at 5:39 AM
all this proves is that the Mail will slag Labour off no matter what. I'm presuming that the Guardian actually wants Reform in power as well.

Khan saying that there is not enough brown field sites is simply not true. He actually means "cheap" brown field sites with big profits margins for the developers
May 9, 2025 at 5:19 AM
well done for fooling so many despite being an elite toff
May 6, 2025 at 6:40 PM
Labours big chance was to rapidly a) reduce energy costs (stop the link with marginal cost of gas) b) let water companies such as Thames Water fail and c) actually tax properly those tax dodging multinationals and ultra rich. They have failed on all 3 counts. And now they are brown nosing Trump.
May 3, 2025 at 7:06 PM
presumably the roughly 50% who always wanted to be part of Europe will still have the same view. So I assume that you are actually talking about leave voters rather than "Britain"
April 23, 2025 at 5:47 AM
they literally want a return to the 19th century
April 22, 2025 at 8:00 PM
No one ever voted (even with a non-binding referendum) on leaving the customs union @uklabour.bsky.social. Therefore please rethink this.
